What we set up and support
- Network audits. We map your network, find bottlenecks, single points of failure and security gaps, and give you a prioritized plan.
- Firewalls and routers. Business-grade firewalls (including Fortinet), secure remote access/VPN and network segmentation for guest Wi-Fi, cameras and payment terminals.
- Business Wi-Fi. Access points placed from a site survey, so warehouse floors, boardrooms and back offices all get a strong signal.
- Switches and structured networks. Clean, labelled network closets and switches sized for growth.
- Backup internet. Automatic failover to Starlink, LTE/5G, satellite or a second provider.
- Servers and storage. Windows Server installation, file shares, permissions, UPS power protection (including APC) and monitoring.
- Workstations. Supply, setup and imaging of Dell, Lenovo and other business laptops and desktops.
- IT asset management. An up-to-date inventory of hardware, warranties and licences.
Case: Richmond accounting firm with dropped calls
A Richmond accounting firm called us after weeks of dropped Zoom calls and slow access to cloud accounting software. They had recently doubled their staff but were still running the router installed in 2017.
A site audit found Wi-Fi blind spots, old hardware and network congestion. After targeted equipment upgrades and a proper network design, speeds improved dramatically, without changing internet provider or increasing their monthly bill.
How an infrastructure project runs
- Site visit and auditWe look at your space, current equipment, internet service and how your team works.
- Written recommendation and quoteWhat to replace, what to keep, and what it costs. No overselling.
- Installation after hoursWe schedule changes outside business hours where possible to avoid downtime.
- Testing and documentationEvery device is tested and documented: network diagram, passwords handed over securely, warranty dates recorded.
Built for Richmond and Delta workplaces
Many of our clients work in warehouses, light industrial units and mixed office spaces in Bridgeport, Riverside, Mitchell Island, Tilbury and Annacis Island. These buildings have long distances, metal racking and concrete that cause Wi-Fi trouble, so we plan coverage for them specifically. For offices in Richmond City Centre and Ladner Village, the usual challenge is crowded Wi-Fi channels from neighbouring businesses, which we solve with proper channel planning and modern access points.

Questions we hear a lot
Still unsure? Call (778) 312-2227 and ask a technician directly.
Why is our office Wi-Fi slow?
The most common causes are an old router that can't handle today's device count, access points in the wrong places, channel interference from neighbouring offices, too little internet bandwidth, and building materials such as concrete, metal and glass. A site survey shows which one it is, so you don't spend money on the wrong fix.
Can you set up backup internet for when our provider goes down?
Yes. We set up automatic failover to a second connection, such as Starlink, LTE/5G or a second wired provider, so card terminals, phones and cloud apps keep working during an outage.
Do you install and manage servers?
Yes. We install, configure and maintain Windows servers for file sharing, accounting and line-of-business software, and we advise honestly when moving that workload to the cloud makes more sense.
Can you help with an office move?
Yes. We plan the network for the new space, coordinate with your internet provider, move and reconnect equipment, and test everything before your staff arrive.
Do you keep an inventory of our equipment?
Yes. We record your hardware, warranties, licences and network layout, so replacements and renewals are planned instead of urgent.
