Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Google Workspace is a strong choice for browser-first teams that collaborate live in Docs and Sheets. Microsoft 365 tends to suit businesses that depend on Outlook, advanced Excel, Teams or Windows-based line-of-business software.

We support both, so our recommendation is based on how your team works, not on what we prefer to sell.

Questions we hear a lot

Still unsure? Call (778) 312-2227 and ask a technician directly.

Can you migrate our email from another provider into Google Workspace?

Yes. We migrate mail, calendars and contacts from Microsoft 365, Exchange, GoDaddy, IMAP and other providers, copying in the background and switching mail delivery after hours.

Can you move us from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?

Yes. It's one of our most common projects, usually when a business grows into Windows-based software, Excel-heavy work or Teams. Gmail, Calendar and Drive data all move across.

Is our Google Workspace data backed up?

Google keeps the service available, but restoring deleted or overwritten data beyond its retention settings is up to you. We set up third-party backup for Gmail and Drive.

How do Shared Drives differ from My Drive?

Files in a Shared Drive belong to the company, not the individual, so they stay put when an employee leaves. We usually move company files out of personal My Drives into Shared Drives during setup.
